The Planning Process

During this preliminary meeting you will get to meet the professional who’s going to feel like family by the end of the Wedding Planning process.
We will ask you all about your background, story, personalities and vision for your big day, or help you find one if you’re (understandably) confused by the many inspo pics you saw on Pinterest.
Your estimated budget is KEY during this step as it will help us understand if your possibilities and vision match and if not, find a way to guide you to something you’ll really love.
We don’t care if the budget is big or small, our only interest is your satisfaction.

The first couple of months of Wedding Planning are crucial to your journey. During this exciting time we will be outlining the design of your event or even your whole wedding trip.
We will work together via frequent email and video calls to nail down the most important details: vendors, services and getting customized quotes for you as well as the style and aesthetic of your Wedding.
An essential tool we developed to help in this step is a shared, customised file we love to call “Your Wedding Atlas” containing every information, quote, visual and detail. It’s a poweful and useful tool to update each other on progress, options, quotes and more so that you have full access and control.

Now this is the step that would drain you if you hadn’t decided to involve someone who will stress out in your place to hire all vendors and get payment details, confirm all services, and start carefully developing the schedule of your Wedding Day or Trip.
During this time we will refine all details and tasks that are still pending, hiring and making payments to secure vendors and services and after drafting a schedule we will present it to you so we can go over it together and nail down every small detail like the Type As we are here at Sempreventi.
At the end of this step your “Atlas” will be finalized and you’ll have a thorough schedule to share with your Wedding Party and guests, whether it’s for the big day only or for your whole trip.

The Big Day is here and the only worry we want you to have is which foot to put in front of the other when walking down the aisle.
We will be there with you from the moment you wake up to the moment go to sleep, coordinating every detail, moving vendors around like chess pieces and ensuring that everyone is where they need to be when they need to be there.
If we did our job well, and we do, you’ll barely even notices us, you’ll find us behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly at all times.
